Shipping policy
Our standard shipping service is USPS First Class. Message us for expedited and international shipping quotes. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Rooted Rags is not responsible for domestic or international delays due to shipping or customs, and are unable to refund packages delayed for these reasons. Once USPS has your package we are no longer responsible for it but please let us know if it’s been more than 3 weeks since shipping and you still haven’t received your order!
